Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. Note taking is not something I was ever particularly good at. Shorthand, symbols, abbreviations, multiple colors - they're all things I use haphazardly, and without consistency.
