How long after final interview at McKinsey until I get an offer (or don’t) and should I reach out to recruiter? Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Are people who joined in January not receiving any hikes this year at ac kolkata?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. This may be a dumb question, but is there any business role/function where you’re not sitting in front of a computer all day? Before entering the corporate world I was in the restaurant industry for many years and was on a computer maybe 10% of the time. I’ve been in consulting for four years but still can’t stand sitting behind a computer and building PPTs all day - is corporate America just not for me?

Are consultants only seemingly more capable (at times) because we dedicate all our client-facing time on a single project vs. juggling multiple projects? All my client's leadership teams seem like a mess but I think it's just due to their lack of opportunity to focus on anything for long enough to know what's going on. I'm trying to break into consulting after ~13 YOE in healthcare tech (payer and provider). My biggest hurdle is that I live in a random Midwest city and am unable to move due to having school-aged kids. What firms have a health tech focus area and allow remote hires?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
