Don’t you feel the measures meant to improve diversity had some drawbacks? Clearly the laid off dont it everyone the same & same when it comes to finding a job again.
I’m UK based, I have been laid off in June, I see most of I team has found a job and the remaining are struggling. I have even seen bad behaviour during interviews. But I guess this where I kind of feel yes you can create and implement rules but it’s very hard to have an impact on mentality, behaviours, & even more systematic issue
