How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.
Would I know if I’m eligible for a bonus?

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

I don't disagree with your general point, though I'd say a paycheck does more than motivate me twice a month. It determines to a large degree how I live and how much anxiety I have. And the thing about work culture is that a toxic culture respects no dollar range. You can be working a low paying job and have plenty of stress and a toxic boss. So you might as well shoot for a high paying job.
you're right about toxic cultures being salary agnostic. I've seen soul crushing micromanagers at $45k/year startups and I've seen the exact same personality type pulling $400k+ at Big Tech or finance, same narcissistic playbook, just with better lighting and catered lunch. The poison doesn't care about the pay band.
