Eli Lilly Lead vs Merck Associate Director — need advice.

Lilly: 115k + 15% bonus + RRSP
Merck: 135k + 17% bonus + ~15% LTI

Merck wins on comp/title (AD vs Lead), but I’m currently at Merck and struggling with culture — unstable leadership, toxic managers, low psychological safety.

Considering Lilly for better WLB and healthier culture, even with a pay cut and step down in title.

Questions:

- How’s Lilly Canada culture (esp. tech/data/AI)?
- Is WLB meaningfully better?
- long term title imp
