Encouraging words please! I have a shit ton to do this Labor day weekend and I have not done any of it yet. I can squeeze it all in a 20 hour day tomorrow with 12 hour days rest of week. But my procrastination is killing me. Context: attorney in my 50s getting burnt out! In 30s billed 2,400. Now i don’t ww en wanna work half that but need my mojo back. Lol. Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?
