Can anyone tell me about the increment cycle for Internal Communication professionals at Amdocs? How much increment do they offer? I'm aware it's subject to performance but I'm still curious. Would appreciate some light on this.

Title on here is out of date but I’ve got over ten years agency experience as a digital producer, highest level being EP and then Executive Director. Feeing underpaid compared to what I hear about client side (current base 110k, 15% bonus + commission)

I’d love to shift to client side as EP or Program Manager and looking for advice on best way to get my foot in the door.

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. It is in appropriate to ask what the compensation for a position is after a first interview if they want you to go on three more and the interviewers on my first told me that was above their pay grade to tell me?????
