Ever since I went freelance, my projects have become more and more boring. Advice on how to create cool work and take on projects that align with where you want to go, while also considering that the market is tough and you need to take what you can get? Do I need to write my “awards” on my resume hoping to attract the right people, even though I hate the idea of awards?

Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻
