I’m about to join Accenture in a weeks time. Needed suggestions whether it’d be wise to report or complain about my talent coach. From the very beginning she has been very unhelpful and rude to me. She didn’t even give me a chance to negotiate my offer. While we all are aware what market standards are these days, she is denying upfront of people getting a certain amount at a certain band. She also claimed that people get 100% variable there 😂. How should I go about it?

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate.
