Australia values WLB the most and IT sector is blooming there currently and pays really well. Pple might argue taxes r too much which is true but in return you get all the help and support from govt. especially healthcare and great education. Moreover life is very easy and comfortable. You can brag about quality of life in Australia where AQI does not cross more than 5 ever. Just imagine in Delhi NCR we easily get AQI to 500 on average and 200 considered normal. In my opinion if one wishes to have a relaxed life and peace of mind Australia is the best option. Best place to retire actually. Plus population is low too so enough opportunities are more to show your skills. I'm telling you this out of experience as I have worked there for some time due to project assignment.
You are welcome. You can dm me if you wish to discuss more. Would be willing to share my experience and give you more Insights
What was your final decision? Have you moved to Australia?
