After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Hi Guys, need help from you
I interviewed for tcs for SAP function Consultant and cleared technical as well as managerial round on same day. Next day I received mail from HR that I have been shortlisted and require to submit all the documents.
My CCTC is 21 LPA ( 19 fixed) and I put my expectations as 27 LPA (30 percent hike on Current CTC), YOE- 5.8 years till now and then need to serve 3 month NP ( till joining 6 years)
Which designation should I ask to TCS HR?

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad, but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?

I got 220k and 25k bonus.
As a Manager or Senior Manager?
OTS Manager 1 just promoted out of NYC. $164 base. Had a signing bonus out of MBA 2 years ago. Are people really getting $220 offers for OTS????? I figured that’s SM salary
In TAS?
Manager. NYC. But NYC and SF are on the same band.
Glad it worked out for you, P1. However, I left EY OTS for the very fact that they rewarded experienced hires moreso than those who have organically grown with the firm. Most MBA managers who just got promoted are still making $145-160K.
Thanks, P2. That's usually the case. PwC fixed my salary couple years ago finally. I know that's not the case for everyone at pwc as well. OTS seemed interesting to make the jump.
PwC1 - U have done great. How much did you have to negotiate? What was EY'S starting offer?
OP - did not have to negotiate. They gave me this number to begin with. I accepted it, no hassle. Was pretty easy.

P1- cool. Did you join EY then? Still see your posts as PwC.
Yes, I accepted the offer. Starting in 6 weeks or so.
Congratulations.
Checking in. How is everyone’s salary here coming along? What sorts of raises did everyone get and did they like tas?
