2. What should my next move be?! (Stay in the company and try to scale up or move on.)
3. Would getting my PMP at this point be helpful?

Has anyone experienced a Director who does not communicate properly and then blames their team for their own lack of communication and gives contradictory feedback? What can I do to avoid getting thrown under the bus for something I was incorrectly briefed on. And yes this Director is a woman. She acts very fake and nice to me but when it comes to HR she's very fast to blame me for something I activated that she never updated me on the client strategy. Has anyone experienced anything similar any advice? I'm puzzled why she is so quick to throw me under the bus and set me up for failure instead of properly communicating with me and the team underneath her.

Hello all! I am currently a P&C Client Manager for the 15th largest broker in the US. When I joined my company, I was brought on as an assistant for a former employee who taught me everything I know about my role. I came with on no prior insurance experience but caught on quick. I am about 4 years in now, on a team with newer employees, working on the same accounts plus new ones. One assistant and one Senior Client Manager. (Continued in comments)

New to consulting and the big 4 - have been extended on the same project since joining. The project does not align to the skills or experience I was hired for and has been extremely challenging due to the lack of project organization and proper staffing. I received ‘progressing towards level’ on my last engagement review. How do I get off this project that’s clearly not a fit before it negatively impacts my overall career at the firm?

I am currently in Wipro having CTC as 7.8 LPA.. I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer?
