Can I pay income tax challan using credit card?

I’ve recently transitioned from Travel Customer Service role (8 YOE) to Analyst in the same LOB. Earlier I resolved travel queries through calls/emails, but now my role is to analyse travel spending on Amex cards. Now I want to remain in analysis field and grow. I currently only use SQL, Power-BI and MS-Suite. What should I learn further? Which tools or is there a course I should do? I’ve only done Graduation and thinking of doing PGDM in Data Analytics or BI.
Any suggestions?

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
