Would you (1) early on clearly state that you’re not open to relocation but that you would be open to visiting a big office once or twice a month; (2) not say anything now and wait to get an offer and ask for an exemption; or (3) something else?

Two weeks ago I was pulled into a room and told by current employer that I was getting my $890.00 holiday pay out. Which would be taxed at 40 % because it was a gift. Today, never received it.
