EY FAAS Travel Expectations in 2026?

My experience at another national practice post COVID has involved very limited overnight travel, so I was surprised when recruiters told me EY FAAS can still be around ~50% travel.

For people currently in EY FAAS, what does travel actually look like in practice right now including for the Senior Manager or Director levels

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Longest you ever waited for an offer letter? I’ve met with a total of 5 people including the partner in charge and accepted the verbal. It’s been a little over two weeks since hearing back. They touched base with me a couple times saying it needs approval but starting to lose hope.
