EY 🐠 - what kind of “tools” do you have for time and expenses? What company credit card? How is the reimbursement process on expenses- does the company pay the credit card directly?

In the U.S., currently, T&E goes in an online tool...it is year 2000 tech, but going to Mercury, which appears pretty modern.

Travel expenses go on your corporate AmEx (you can sign up and get points).

Expenses get paid to you ~5 to 10 business days after submittal and you pay AmEx directly.

like

@C1 you keep the Amex MR points. You have to pay a $90 (I believe) out of pocket annual fee but that easily pays itself off with the value of the MR if you are traveling a lot

helpful

Even though it’s the company card you still keep the points from the card? Or just hotel and airline points?

I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience
