1) is/can EY file i-140 & i-485 in parallel with a valid visa?

2) can you pay out of pocket for i-140 premium processing? If so, did you benefit from it if i-485 still takes 6m on average (I would only see a benefit if EY refuses parallel filing of i-140/485
