Kitne baje aega letter
Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

If your project turned out great and it’s awards worthy, enter away! What I can’t stand behind is awards bait fake projects that is a complete waste of resources and people that are actually great managers not getting promoted because they haven’t won an award yet.
Awards are dumb until I win one
They’re dumb IMO. They don’t mean much. Of course you’re gonna win when you’re the only one who submitted a piece of work to a category…. Big agencies always win because they have whole teams dedicated to doing that. I know it’s a hot take but it’s my take 😂
Ok that was harsh. I will say it’s nice to add one to the resume. You will find a mad men fan here and there that will say “wow you got a Clio!?” 😅

(From the relative security of the media side…) Think it sucks that y’all have to have them baked into CV in order to advance, since that’s out of your hands to some degree
Agree - I won a clio and didn’t even know I entered. The agency entered the project 😂
The industry would produce much better work, be more profitable and have better work/life balance without awards.
Ad awards erode client trust. They cause everyone to work hundreds of extra unbillable hours a year. And without them, agencies that want to get noticed would be forced to make famous work for real clients, which is much harder than winning awards for work real people never see.
(I've won hundreds of awards. I don't know if that makes my opinion more or less relevant.)
My old partner used to say “congratulations, you’re the best plumber”
Why wouldn’t it be cool? I love recognition. I’m pretty sure most of us do. I mean, having been on projects that have both produced real results and won awards is pretty fucking cool.
You must be new ... 😁
I would like them if I wasn’t forced to submit mediocre campaigns that are a waste of everyone’s time
