Facing PIP & ~13% pay cut in Big4 despite strong performance—won team award, led key client presentations, contributed to major proposals. No prior feedback or warnings received. After seeking transfer due to family medical reasons, faced resistance. Escalated against Director and Partner and they retaliated against me, as new project onboarding blocked.
