I've taken Adderall for years and never had the ear popping you described. Plenty of dry mouth, though.

I experience ear-popping, too. And it increases when I workout. I’ve been on adderall since 2016. Do you hold your breath? May sound silly, but I found that I was, so I’m extra cautious of my breathing and make sure I take full, deep breaths from time to time. Helps level out the jitters sometimes too.

like

How much are you taking? Definitely keep drinking water

20mg xr

These might not be related? Could be a sinus infection or just allergies maybe? I took Adderall for years but never had this reaction. I'd call your Dr and see what they think.

Ok. I am teaching music in person and when we have a case of COVID in the school, I push into the classroom for 10 days. Are there music websites that are free that I can go to for quick lessons when I’m asked to teach in the classroom. I was told today with 5 minutes to prepare that we had a case, I couldn’t teach in my room and I couldn’t do the ukulele unit I had planned. I had to think on the fly and quickly came up with a BrainPop for them. I’d like to find a few more music sites.

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?

Time taken to become a partner in any of Big 4's?

As per my knowledge in EY it is 15 to 20 YOE

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. My current company and many others I know about do not offer the mobility to do so until much later, which is not what I want. Thank you.

Does anyone work in an area with lots of exterior environmental noise (traffic, concerts, trains, etc.) and have tips for not becoming overwhelmed and/or distracted by it? I’m finding that environmental noise has increased near my office now that tourism has picked back up in my city, and I’m struggling to block it out. I’ve tried earplugs but the noises tend to vibrate my office building so the earplugs don’t work well as an entire block.
