Feel devastated. I started 3 months ago as an ABP looking after 2 senior directors - 1 I was completely mismatched with and really brought me down so much so my work suffered. I even talked with my manager about this and he helped me devise a plan. I was advised I was there for a reason and in hindsight, I was assigned the wrong buddy. I made clear plans to implement and got a new buddy. Nothing was ever written down officially as a plan for me to “improve” (continued in comments)
