feelings on creative recruitment agencies?? i’m fresh out of school and just starting my job search (art direction/design). is it worth trying to use them or waste of time? other strategies?

Any advice on getting into product management? I have 3+ YOE working as an IT service manager and I’ve seen so many companies stating they want people from “diverse backgrounds” but then soon change their minds when they find out in an interview that you don’t have very specific product management experience

I'm a senior AD and all the resources out there are for juniors. I'm not sure what I need - I feel pretty confident in most areas - so maybe all I need is time to practice and get better. But is there something you did/wish you'd done to improve your abilities, develop your career path, or open your mind?
