Applied to a job and was referred. My referral let me know ~5 days after I applied that they received an email that my application was passed to the hiring team. That was three weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from Google and my referral hasn’t heard anything. Job posting is still live. This is for a strategic initiatives role. I know people say the Google hiring process is long, but I’ve been in the process for over 100 days now...when does it become too long by even Google standards?

Got a verbal confirmation for an offer from recruiter. Now she is negotiating my pay with the compensation team instead of me. I thought I had to do the negotiations with that team?
