I mainly work within the tech space in my company - only person minus the IT Director. Small boutique firm that focuses on environmental / conflict / fed consulting space.

Been there 2 years, only make $58k and feeling extremely underpaid still even though I went from starting at $50k.

I'm stuck. I love the company / work - but I also want to level up. Should I look for another job? How much is even reasonable to ask for a raise?

I have 5.5YOE, Got an offer for 25LPA CTC + RSU 10L vested over 5 years.

Domain is semiconductor software validation, can i do better ?

Not sure what salary to ask or expect since a lot of people get paid less than me and some get paid upto double for almost the same work.

Any tips for negotiating CTC and RSU ?

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?
