McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

Because LGA. If the traffic, construction, shitty infrastructure, TSA, New Yorkers, don't make you want to never comeback, they are going to make damn sure it's confusing to leave.
We've been on the tarmac for so damn long too. Too many planes/traffic at this airport
Because terminal B has 4 concourses which are labeled A, B, C, and D.
Cmon OP, Keep up
Here's the hierarchy: Airport, Terminal, Concourse, Gate.
So many issues with this airport - only 30 minutes of free wifi, no shuttle/trains between terminals after security (only a shitty bus), slow ass security. Newark is better
I lived in NYC five years and it still confused when trying to tell my driver where to meet me...
Why would you need a bus between terminals after security in lga? I would think it's extremely rare to connect through lga with pretty limited destinations with the exception of delta which is basically completely consolidated in terminal c and d (which are connected behind security).
