Why can thanksgiving and Christmas be such harder days? I had a lovely day and am lucky enough that my latest bout of anxiety ended (more like mostly dissipated) about two months ago. I haven’t had high levels of depression in a while and I almost NEVER cry even when I’m depressed. Yet, I ended my day in tears today. Is this normal? I have so many blessings in life at the moment compared to other during such a horrible times bf really am appreciative. Is it guilt because others are suffering?

I’m afraid I’m emotionally unavailable and that by the time I figure out how to be emotionally available I’ll have lost the good guy I’m currently with. I love this guy with my head but not my heart. But also my heart feels dead in general so 🫠. I’m already in therapy. What if this is as far as I can go in terms of emotional capacity? I am stressed.

Do you think you will be able to economically achieve more than your parents?

Is there a polite/gentle way to talk to your boyfriend about the fact that he has gained a lot of weight in the past year and needs more physical activity in his life?

I am not a very shallow person — he was already on the heavier side when we met. But when I look at photos from just a year ago, it’s clear he’s put on a lot of weight. I am worried about his health. I can't help but feel that my current 'Digital Managing Partner' job title is a little too niche when it comes to LinkedIn job/resume keyword relevance, particularly outside of a media agency environment. However, a 'Digital Director' title feels too junior and 'Managing Director' maybe a little more senior. Any logical suggestions please? Thanks
