Here’s some inspiration
Yeah, depends on department I suppose. I’m at an NYC agency and if someone rolls in wearing a suit to an interview I ask them which department they’d like to intern in...
Make sure to wear a white blazer with the sleeves rolled up and your in

Florida isn’t the Sudan… You’re interviewing for a VP role at an agency. Wear a suit.
I would definitely dispense with the socks. Bare ankles between your loafers and seersucker pants definitely telegraphs, "I’m that chilled out MoFo you need to rock this house ‘o cards."
Did you speak with a recruiter at any point during this process? You could always reach out to see what the culture/dress code is like and plan accordingly from there. If not, the middle ground between super casual and a suit would be like...chinos and a button-down, maybe a tie or a sport coat/blazer. Professional without being too buttoned up. 🤷🏻♀️
What agency?
what department
Yeah a suit, would be weird.
a somewhat casual suit with tie could work, especially for account...really depends on personal style.
It does depend on the agency, last one I was at was owned and run by corporate types so a sharp suit went a long way, but then they went and surprised us by hiring an ECD in a T-shirt and jeans. Then again his confidence and presence was stronger “suited.” If, though, the interviewee in the slim fit suit was a better presenter, I know they would have gone with him. I’m in Florida, was not your typical creative agency, more tech
