You’re out of your mind if you think 140k all in for 3-4 years is “good”. It’s fantastic. Probably 50% higher than “good”
Don’t MBAs with 0 experience get 145 base?
Consulting in NYC
D1 - I’d hope all-in is higher, bc that term often includes other benefits. I’m going to stick with just good.
Sc1 where do you work? Def not Deloitte. 3-4 years you'll still be a C level. So I agree with D1. It's excellent numbers for growing up in the firm. In fact I know SCs making 110-120k at Deloitte
All - i was experienced hire with 6yrs. so dont kill urselves
MBAs from target schools get $145k but you don’t get into a target school MBA without 2-5 years of previous experience.
they might but i feel its a waste of money n time. If u are going for an mba I feel either u should atleast get 3-4 times your tuition to cover the money n experience u lost while doing it or you want to start your own thing. Just to start with 150k it doesn’t make sense to pay 100k for tuition.
Google US income percentile by age and put that number in. That is significantly better than “good”.
H1 its all relative right? Assuming OP is comparing to other a smaller subset of other SCs with or without similar years of exp
experience? Advisory or Consulting?
What city? I’d say that’s good for 3-4 yrs exp in a tier one or 2
