$285k, 25+ years out. 50% of annual bonus - so, over $400k total comp. I have been told I am creeping up to a redline. Implication being that if I want a raise, I need a promotion, a rising tide to lift all boats, or go somewhere else.

I have never had a day go by where I am looking for stuff to do at any of my jobs. You have to decide how hard you are going to work.
