IGT (the gaming company not IGT solutions) - Software developer 4 - 35 LPA (32 Fixed) + 3 L joining bonus.

Nagarro - Senior Staff Engineer - 36 LPA (34 Fixed)

I want good talent density, learning, stability and good WLB. Suffering a lot with WLB with Wipro currently.

When did you know your firm wasn't right for you? I'm not sure if it's just the stress of being a new attorney with a family or if my job isn't the right fit. I work in civil litigation and am consistently below my billables. I can't stay late because my kids need me and I can't work on the weekends because I have to maintain my house and take care of my kids. I'm being constantly told to work harder, stay later, etc but it's not practical. Or am I not approaching this with the right mindset?

HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. Now in fnf statement they are recovering the actual amount given to me. Can i claim in ITR the TDS deducted in sept. HCL Technologies

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.
