All but the brief reiteration piece. If I didn't make that clear in the interview, me saying it isn't going to make a difference. I don't know if thank you emails are all that important, but sending them feels like best practice so I continue doing it.
I always do it. I think it's professional, polite, and helps you stick out in their mind. Plus, I think it's a little bit unprofessional to NOT do it these days.

It’s vital. An interview is an audition, it’s theatre. You want to be on stage with as many speaking lines as possible. You control your image, words, pace, movement, story. You’re on and the spotlight is on you. Harness each moment. The email follow up is your second scene, an opportunity to impress with a well-crafted return appearance. Don’t dare waste the moment with a bland email. Through words, showcase your ability to relate a current event to their company. Show them that you see the big picture and can help them shepherd in their next chapter. Attach your value proposition summary 1-pager, the lingering rose left on stage.
It’s that little bit of extra effort you put in that also shows you paid attention to the conversation
