Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. Any nurses here not have hospital experience? I work as a community nurse and have previous experience in an assisted living and clinic. I don’t have much interest in going to the hospital. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. Hello, I have 10 yrs experience in the residential mortgage side including loan officer, underwriter, real estate ect. I am looking to move into the commercial underwriting space. I found a few schools with certifications. Can anyone recommend a certificate that holds weight when trying to break into cre underwriting? Anything I can do to stand out with minimal commercial experience? Most companies want 5 yrs experience and I am finding it hard to find opportunities. Thanks
