@WFA1 that's part of our lives... you can balance work and play with working out. 6 hours a week doesn't mean you're a gym rat haha
What a gym
@WFA1 your assumptions and assertions make you sound like a judgmental idiot. Not every minute spent in a gym is “staring at muscles” and the arbitrary threshold of “anything over 3 hours” is equally moronic. I’d guess there are zero other ppl who look to you for guidance on how/when/how long to spend keeping themselves in shape, so interesting this is your forum of choice to bestow your wisdom upon the clearly dumber gym-going finance world. As someone who is a competitive runner and triathlete, there’s also something to be said for the mental health aspects & benefits of spending time in a gym. I think you should just scrap the whole thing and let yourself go, might be a better option to not get you so riled up seeing those crazy 4hr per week losers wasting their lives staring at muscles!
Lol @WFA1 thinks 3 hours is adequate. Also thinks co-advisor on secondary debt issuance is adequate. Also thinks UNC Chapel Hill MBA is a adequate. Go home bro.
I go every three days. If I have a conflict I try to push the workout forward by a day. So maybe 2.5x per week
@WFA1 if you don’t have 6 hrs a week you are probably the one without a life. Also, if 6 hrs a week is what it takes to maintain my health then I’m gonna make sure I get it in. If you don’t prioritize your own health, well, you’re probably as dumb as you are out of shape 👍🏽
I’m married, working through the CFA and have a healthy home life. You’re just one of these people who thinks that if someone does something differently than they do then they’re doing it wrong. Believe it or not, people consider their health and fitness a hobby, a proper way to de-stress and something that’s good for their health... so if someone has the time then live and let live bro, sheesh
I rather look ripped when I fk bishes. I don’t know what you’re on
Including running outside, 5x a week
What about you OP?
5-6 per week
6x per week
6x per week. It’s not that hard if not an analyst
Target is 5, usually 4 actual
Trying not to judge you people here, but my initial thought is that you need a life if you’re working out for 6 hours per week
Lol 6 hours a week is a lot? That’s average. Sorry not everyone can be a fatty
I am perfectly in shape with three hours of exercise plus a healthy diet. If it takes you 6 hours then the effort isn’t there or you’re going for looks vs just health. Nothing inherently wrong with that for some people, but as you grow up, get married and have other obligations, life becomes more important than a 6 pack (though I do miss it). I have the extra hours to spare, but I’d rather be out with friends, family or doing something, vs just staring at my muscles as I lift every night.
Also, the exercising takes an hour per time, but then you have to get to/from the gym plus showering, so likely much more than 6 hours for some people here. I’ll admit this is important for single people though
^ he ded already
I neglected to point out @WFA1 comment “I’ll admit this is important for single people though”. What a chubby turd. Beat it nerd.
