1.5 years $115k great WLB and hands on experience. Would take a lot to leave my firm. Also thoroughly enjoy the work and my firm
1.5 years, 100k, got a raise at one year of 15k (a little over 17%)
What city or market size, if you don’t mind sharing?
4 years out, $115k small market, great wlb, exciting work. Raise after 1 year
$111k, 3rd year, large ID firm, high caliber clients, the work absolutely sucks (that could just be because I hate litigation) but great WLB, great bosses and yearly raise.
130k, full work from home, great work life balance, almost 3rd year.
1.5 years, 65k, smaller firm (12), great WLB, getting more and more work and enjoy working for the other lawyers there but starting to look at other options with higher pay me same hours
Almost 3 YOE, $90k plus bonus (20% of revenue I generate), good WLB and already responsible for most discovery, depositions, hearings, etc. Medium/smaller firm (18 attorneys) Midwest, I bill 2000-2100 per year, but that’s above firm minimum. Work under a great partner too. Raise from $75k to $90k in past year.
$100k, 2 years, mid-size med mal firm, big market, work is interesting and fulfilling, last raise was only $5k though… hoping for at least a $15k raise at the end of this year.
