For Corp dev interviews, will there be modeling tests? IE merger models, three statement, dcf, etc

I’m applying to some PE funds (currently a BA at a top consultancy). I want to know, assuming I get in, when can I buy myself a Ferrari and a yacht?

Actively applying now to TAS/FDD senior roles and want to put myself in the best position possible to get an offer. Any advice on how to best prepare for interviews? Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. I am from L3 support background good at troubleshooting Env issues & managing things assigned to me. Hv been working as Devops for sometime now but majority of IaC (chef, shell scripting) task is done by a colleague and I take care of calls & Env issues

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. Fell out of love with real estate. The more I'm in this industry, the more I realize most people are looking to make a buck instead of helping their clients.

Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1.
