For product based company, At the beginning of the interview they mentioned there budget is below 30 lpa. However I recieved a counter offer with 35 lpa today from service based company. HR round yet to complete for product based company. Can i ask HR during call that I has counter offer and request to match or close to that? I am afraid they might reject since they dont have budget .

I got an offer letter from HCL. In that they mentioned as "Agreeing to the terms and conditions is as good as signing of physical contract form between you and company. It has legal binding as per the law if mutual trust is breached."

Any problem if I not joined after accepting the offer.

I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

I just got PIP talk and they are pushing me out next year. I’m kinda relieved. I want to leave law completely and be someone on the operation side. Eventually I want to be an COO.

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
