Mentors arw people who have been in your field and are doing what you want so they share how they got there and will likely recommend the same for you or share what they wished they did. Coaches , in my experience and what I do, can coach anyone because it's not about it worked for me so do this approach, it's about what you want and finding the best way to get you there that feels aligned for you! So deciding what you prefer coach or mentor comes first! If you are interested in seeing what support from a coach looks like, email me at krysta@krystapogge.com and I'm happy to share and support you on a complimentary call so you can get clarity on what support feels most aligned for you in moving forward!
