For tech and or cyber consulting colleagues how does the market feel for you?

Heard from a lot of former colleagues in the big 4 they've had multi month times on bench, shit sales for a year now, some had layoffs etc.

Also noticing increasing difficulty converting proposals to sales, and talked to some other boutique consultancies saying their pipeline dried up.

Was considering to invest also in an insurance, but is apparently not possible if you live abroad and then maybe go back to the home country.
