For the labor attorneys out there. I'm a senior, and my practice has always been almost exclusively traditional labor. I have some limited employment lit experience. I think it's too late to expand, as I've been put in this box and only get labor work. I'm always stressed about the future, whether I have a chance at partnership, and what other career opportunities might be out there that aren't a huge pay cut. I'd love to hear some success stories since there isn't anyone like me at my firm.

Just started at a big law firm. Only one seniority associate comes in everyday (7a-7p 🤔) but the partners and other associates on my team don’t come in (maybe one partner 2-3 times a week, other associates are a couple years above me). I’m new but I moved to be able to take advantage of the hybrid model. I thought it makes sense to come in for the first couple of weeks. When is it ok to start WFH without seeming like I’m slacking?
