For those in the middle of their careers, would you say your appetite is the same as when you first started? Or is it more or less and what do you think is the main driver?

It's less. I gave away too many years to The Grind. I've come to value more time with people who matter and personal interests.

Looking back, when would you have let up if you could do it over again?

Not quite middle, more like 40%.

I would say more or less the same but I also have little desire to go the extra mile to help others. Ive been taken advantage of too many times to count and I really dont need to help a superior or colleague get the promotion that I desire. Happy to help those beneath me tho.

That’s understandable.

I have less of an appetite to climb the ladder. Once I reached a safe space to save a good amount of money, I realized that I value my happiness and time away from work more than climbing to the top of the ladder.

And how would I be able to cross over to management?

Hey all! I have an interview with
Deloitte in Regulatory Risk and more precisely in their Investment Management Services team. I would like to know if anyone

Is it the case here?
Thanks!
