For those of you that have been in multiple big four firms, are the levels the same or are treated differently ex a consultant in Deloitte is a SC in EY etc

What are good sectors to specialise in if I wanted to keep my options open?

I’m still a generalist but see people 1-2 years above me beginning to align. I frankly don’t really have any particular sector interest, but choosing based on “who i vibe with” sounds a bit silly (esp if you plan to exit)

I am being asked to move to Richmond, VA for Sr. Mgr. Supply Chain Analytics role in an organization that is dire need of help.

I am currently at 146k TC, they are offering 190k TC.

I originally wanted a director level role to set the strategy, process, and tools.

Instead I am just being asked to develop the tools.

My hypothesis is a clear lack of strategy and no accountability for process compliance will mean any tools developed will fail.

I’m a CMA who works in Behavioral Health. I have been asked to float to different offices to assist other providers because we are short staffed.
