For those that’ve felt stuck, how did you get out of it? I’m thoroughly not enjoying my job and ready for a new role/aiming to exit consulting - unfortunately it sucks most of the energy out of me prevents me from meaningfully applying myself to searching for new opportunities. This coupled with other factors like being at a boutique with less brand name recognition and being aligned to an industry I have limited interest in makes it even more challenging
