Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but my last job was in gov contracting (think Booz Allen Hamilton type of place) and I’m wondering if I’m allowed to 1) list the agency I worked with/for as a staff aug on my resume and 2) share the name of the agency in interviews….? I wasn’t working with CIA, and I was not doing top secret cleared work or anything, and I am not disclosing any sensitive work I did in my resume bullets. Can I mention client name or should I just say “federal client?”

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. Hiring managers: How is the interview process like at your company and how much say do you have when it comes to choosing that candidate?

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.
