Freelancing for another agency while FTE at another? Yay or nay?
Got offered a contract around 5-10 hours a week at another big name agency working on an account in a different vertical than any others at my home agency. Vertical is one I’ve been eager to break into and would love to put in my book. Planning on working exclusively after hours or during lunch.
Is this ok or am I playing with fire?

DC - AFS, Senior Analyst making 88K salary with a 2K sign on bonus I had to negotiate is this a good deal?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal?
