Anyone staying a few days after EY New Manager training in Orlando? Does the hotel offer a special rate, or do you recommend another hotel close to the parks?

Arrived at a SPG property last week and had email confirmation and booking in the app but hotel didn’t have it - manager blamed merger IT issues, anybody else experienced this recently?
