Gave a technical interview for Java Developer role at Citi on 17th Sept. Overall it went good, technical part was decent, though my communication could have been better. The difficulty level was somewhere between intermediate to above, with most questions based on real-world problems and some logical/tricky ones as well.

Not sure if the communication part will affect much. Anyone here knows, should I expect a call for the next round? And how many rounds does citi generally have?

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Fifth year labor and employment associate at Big4 L&E firm (think Littler) and am considering making a move into big law (think Jones Day, Goodwin, etc.) Any thoughts on if it’s worth it this late in my associate career? Also, do those big firms take 6-8 year L&E laterals?
