Gave interview to CTS and Salary discussion happened last week. Got mail saying "Welcome To Cognizant Family".

But still didn't receive the offer letter.

Expecting this offer more. Can anyone help me find the status or something else will be worth waiting.

Since the lot of online forums having comments like CTS not releasing offer letter now a days even after the final round happened and notified them as they are selected..


Help would be appreciated a lot.

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Whenever I contact the person who took my interview he keep saying its in process please wait. Is it normal procedure in TCS? How long usually takes.

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

The total CTC is
Fixed 29lpa
Variable 2.9lpa
Stocks $24k vested over 3yr
Overall yearly is coming around 38LPA

In GS my current fixed is only 13LPA but got bonus of 3lk last yr on a prorated basis as i joined only last yr may.

Not sure if i can ask GS to match my offer from PayPal and im hesitant to switch. ( Note as per my recent conversations with my managers I'm up for promotion in dec)

I was informed that I have cleared all rounds with CITI and was asked to share documents on 21st April. Post that received couple of calls from recruiter to apply on some job link and just basic discussion about current CTC and expected CTC, etc. Neither had a proper salary discussion nor received any update on offer letter yet... Can someone let me know how much time does it take for salary discussion and to receive offer letter post document submission with CITI?

Hi Fishes, I was hired by Optum as Tableau Developer in June 2021. One year passed and I was just doing support and maintenance work on Tableau dashboards (no new development). Now the company wants me to work on Power BI and convert all dashboards into it. I want to make my career in Tableau and I don't want to work on Power BI as I find it hard as compared to Tableau also less interesting. My last company also does the same thing so I left that company within 6 months. Optum
