Ghosted or Processing?
Spoke with the recruiter of a firm 3 weeks ago she explained they were looking for a hire but they wouldn’t starting/hiring until June. So I did the first interview and got quick response to do the next interview, then 2 days later got a response to due the final interview. The second interview was with the hiring manager of the team and last was the director. They both expressed very positive feedback and the director said the recruiter will reach back out quickly.

Is an SDR in tech sales for a saas company typically a very challenging role? Do you feel a lot of pressure? Can the sales skill be learned?
