How do you deal with the following - 1) lack of general organization in life, note taking, keeping track of your relationships and 2) attention to detail. These 2 things have been bothering me a lot. We all are smart as hell but silly mistakes such as spelling mistakes, broader checks to be done on the deck is killing me. Currently I'm in KPMG as a consultant role with 11 CTC. Got offer from Capgemini for C1 level with 14.5 CTC (including 10% variable).

Capgemini is offering the location which I prefer, and I'm also looking for long term.

How will the work life balance in Capgemini and is it a good offer to accept.
