So it looks weird? Do you think I should diffuse it after putting on the cream? Or my hair just doesn’t like creams…lmk!

Okay so! I’m a guy and I have curly hair - I interchange between two products or sometimes I do a combo of them. However sometimes my hair dries so nice and my curls look hydrated and shiny and then other times it dries and it looks like legit moss, does anyone know why that is?
